Do I need to do anything?
You need to prepare your space, to show off the best features. Stage a scene, ensure bulbs work, remove ANYTHING you dont want showing. the camera captures lots of detail.
How long does the captue process take?
Depending on the space, it could be between 1.5 and 8 hours. A typical family home takes about 2 hours and a Primary School approximately 6 hours.
Can you show off outdoor spaces?

Can you capture aerial shots?

Is there a limit on tour size?
There is a limit, but it is a huge limit. Any size can be captured, but call and discuss if you have any questions, there is always a solution.
Can you blur out faces?
Face bluring can be done, however the current AI solution is not 100% accurate. This should be changing later in 2021 with selective bluring being available. Call if you would like further information
What if a room changes in the future?
If a room changes within 12 months of capture, we will re-scan for free. This is not a full tour only the selected areas. Any mattertags on the original tour will need to be re-inserted at an additional cost.
Can you add extra information to the tour?
All our Virtual 360 Tours include additional content if required such as video, images, photos documents and weblinks. There are more options being added soon.
When will my tour be ready?
Virtual Revolution 360 aim to have your tour returned and ready to host within 7 days of initial capture.
Can you include 2D Images
2D images of the interior or exterior can be included if requested. You can also have aerial imagery if you require that for your space.
Do I have to pay a subscription for my tour?
Depending on the tour package you require there may be a hosting subscription. Matterport Tours range between £9.00 - £12.00 / month and 3D Vista tours do not require a subscription to host them.
What if I do not like the end result?
If you do not like the end result, we will firstly try to resolve this and satisfy your requirements. If that doesnt work we offer a money back guarantee, subject to terms and conditions..
